I am writing in response to Clark A. Reed Sr.’s letter to the editor published in Aug. 22 edition of the El Dorado News-Times. In his letter, Mr. Reed cites several complaints regarding All-Star Recycling, some of which we have resolved or are working to resolve, others that are completely out of our control, and others that appear to be greatly exaggerated.
