Governor Beebe opposed the Secure Arkansas ballot initiative denying certain benefits to illegal aliens, saying “all of the proposal’s major provisions already are covered by federal or state laws.” Beebe’s statement is deceitful because he did not tell the people that “almost any benefit... forbidden to aliens by the federal government can be given to them by the state - if the state just passes a law to do so after 1996 under Title 8, Section 1621 of the U.S. Code.

Without laws in place to deny benefits to illegals, the liberals will pass laws to give them benefits the US Senate...
