I really liked seeing the flags around the First Baptist Church on July 4. A few years ago, they were also around the square and courthouse - but not now.

I did not see very many at people’s homes. I hate to see this become a thing of the past. I think it is important to teach our children to love the flag and what it stands for. The flag is out at our house on the 4th and other special days.
