This letter is prompted by another rambling letter submitted by Mr. David Offutt and published in your paper on June 3, 2008. I interpret the letter as being his version of revisionist history starting in the 1920s and rambles up to the present. According to Mr. Offutt, only positive things are accomplished by Democrats and all Republican administrations are worthless, wrong and have never had a good idea or policy.
