Unbelievable! That is the word that came to mind when I recently learned of circumstances at Arlington Cemetery.

Zachary Bruce Thomey was buried at Arlington Cemetery on May 17, 2008, and you would have thought that step of the grieving process was finished. Not so. Five weeks later, after a hard rain, Zachary’s Mom visited his gravesite to find much of his vault exposed.
