In a recent speech given in Junction City by Mr. Ron Griggs he indicated that in 2006 130 cases that were adjudicated by Judge Van Hook in the Union County district court were appealed to circuit court. Mr. Griggs did not mention certain facts about these cases that the public should be made aware of. First of all, according to public records only 90 appeals were filed. He also did not mention that in 2006 15,588 cases were disposed of in District Court.
