Paula Beard is not only my neighbor; she has been my friend for a number of years. Any time I have asked for her help, no matter what time, when or where, she has been there. I know her to be a hardworker, fair, honest and loyal. She has the leadership abilities we need in the Circuit Clerk’s office, and I have no doubt that she will do a good job.
