Reception: A welcome reception was held Thursday at the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce for Capt. Jason Perdieu and Capt. Elyshia Perdieu, commanding officers for the Salvation Army of El Dorado. The Perdieu’s moved to El Dorado in June, after being transferred from Waynesboro, Virginia.
