Ruby Faye Pierce, 63, of El Dorado passed away on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018 at her home. She was born on May 29, 1955 in El Dorado to Thomas James Pierce, Sr. and Pearlie Ruth Bradley Pierce.
She was a member of Zion Watch Baptist Church where she was a choir member. She was a retired case worker with Arkansas Department of Human Services.
She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Tommie Johnson and a niece, LaKisha Pierce. Survivors are her mother, Pearlie Ruth Pierce of El Dorado; one sister, Dorothy Boulden of El Dorado; three brothers, Thomas J. Pierce, Jr. and the Rev. Michael Pierce both of El Dorado and John Pierce of Hephzibah, Georgia.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at Zion Watch Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald R. Dredd officiating . Burial will follow in Zion Watch Cemetery under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home. Public viewing Will be held on Friday from 1 until 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
