PARKERS CHAPEL - After a productive outing in a loss at Bearden last week, Parkers Chapel’s offense was held in check Friday night, as Fordyce came away with a 50-10 win over the Trojans at Victor Nipper Stadium.
Caleb Jacobs, who had over 350 yards of total offense against the Bears, scored on an 18-yard run for the Trojans’ lone touchdown of the game.
Preston Stivender kicked a field goal to account for the Trojans’ other scoring in the contest.
Fordyce (5-2, 3-0) won their fifth straight game.
The Trojans (1-5, 0-3) have lost four straight since winning their home opener over Lafayette County.
Parkers Chapel will step out of conference play next week and play at Pine Bluff Dollarway.
