EULA M. COOK

Eula Mae Cook was born Sept. 12, 1936 in Summerfield, Louisiana to Willie B. Davis Coggins and Eddie D. Levingston. She departed her life Oct. 6, 2018 at Oakridge Nursing Home.

She was a member of First Baptist Church Cordell where she served in the Choir and the WMU. She was a former employee of Dixie Maintenance, Medical Center of South Arkansas and the late J. S. BeeBe.

She is preceded in death by her father; sisters, Eva Nell Buggs and Gloria Coggins Tatum; brothers, James Frazier and John Levingston.

She is survived by her mother, Willie Bell Coggins; sons, Mickey Murphy, Billy Murphy Jr., Patrick Murphy, Kenneth Murphy and Cedric Cook all of El Dorado; sisters, Annie Moore of El Dorado, Carolyn Morris of El Dorado, Willie Davis of El Dorado; brothers, Willie Coggins and Woodrow Coggins both of El Dorado.

Public visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2018 and the family hour from 6 until 7 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018 at First Baptist Church Cordell. Interment will be at Lott Burgy Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
