Shirley Webb Rowland, 80, of Wesson, AR passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR.
Shirley was born September 16, 1938 in El Dorado, AR to the union of Louie Webb and Marie Barnett Webb.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leon Rowland, and a step-son, Leroy Rowland.
Shirley graduated from El Dorado High School in 1956, and was a member of the Wesson Baptist Church where she was active as long as she was able. She was a member of the Woodmen of the World and enjoyed taking care of others.
Survivors include her daughter, Elaine Rowland Manning and husband William, son, James T. Rowland and wife January, a step-son, Floyd Rowland, one brother, Harvey Webb and wife Pat, five grandchildren, Anna Rowland, Jaimes Rowland, Rylee Rowland, Russell Pierce, and Abby Pierce, and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Bailey Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in the Chapel of Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado, with Rev. Gary Hill and Rev. Claude Patterson officiating. Interment will be in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Lawson, AR. under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR.
