William T. “Tommy” Haynes, 74, of El Dorado, passed away, Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Union Grove Assembly of God Church with Bro. Beauford Rash officiating.
