Frederick Scott “Scotty” Swilley
Frederick Scott “Scotty” Swilley age 55 of El Dorado, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at his home. He was born June 19, 1963 in El Dorado. He was the son of Norman O. Swilley and the late Wilma Elaine Jackson Swilley. Scotty was the owner operator of C&S Computers Inc. for twenty five years and was currently employed as a PI Administrator at Delek US (Lion Oil) for the past 6 years. He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed all types of hunting, especially duck hunting. He loved to fish and was an avid competition Bass Fisherman. He was a former member of the Bass Club and Cunningham Deer Camp.
Scotty was preceded in death by his grandparents; his mother, Elaine Swilley; one half brother, Randy Landers and one half sister, Amanda Guidry
Survivors include; his wife, Myrenda Swilley; his two sons, Jacob Swilley and Eric Swilley all of El Dorado; his father, Norman Swilley and wife Hazel of Crossett; one sister, Regina Whatley and husband Todd; half brother, Kenny Landers and wife Donna Kaye all of El Dorado; his mother and father in law, Bobby and Frances Webb of Norphlet; one nephew, Seth Whatley of El Dorado; three nieces, Amy Yeary of Fayetteville, Erin Calloway, and Madison Whatley both of El Dorado also, his life, long friend, John Campbell of Homer, LA.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Bailey Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Campbell and Bro. Daniel Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery near Hampton under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
