The 47th annual Smackover Oil Town Festival will begin today with Lion’s Club Bingo at 6 p.m., the Haley Creek Boys at 7 p.m. and the Church Quartet at 8 p.m. The festival, which continues tomorrow, is held at Tennyson Park, at the corner of East 10th Street and Broadway.
