El Dorado police have apprehended a suspect in connection with a rape case.
David Charles Wilkins, 23, was being sought Thursday on an active warrant for arrest on the charge of rape. Police had asked anyone with information on Wilkins’ whereabouts to contact law enforcement.
At 4:40 p.m., police notified news media that Wilkins had been taken into custody.
