Justin Awtrey will be the speaker when the Kiwanis Club meets at noon Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church.
Awtrey is the general manager of the El Dorado Country Club. They are a privately held golf course and country club located in beautiful El Dorado. The El Dorado Golf & Country Club has been the premiere country club in south Arkansas for nearly 100 years! Jenifer McLelland will be the guest speaker when the Civitan Club meets at noon Thursday at Antigua’s restaurant.
McLelland is a graduate of South Arkansas Community College where she received a practical nurse certificate, and of Excelsior College, where she received an associate’s degree. She began to work at Life Touch Hospice in 2010 and was promoted to home care coordinator in 2015, when she also received her certification as Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. In 2017, she became executive director and was elected to the Hospice and Palliative Care Arkansas Association this year.
McLelland also serves on the #TeamCorrie cancer board. She has two children, Tanner and Tori, with her husband, Bill.

Scott Street will be the speaker when Rotary Club meets at noon Monday at St. Mary’s Parish Hall.
Street, CEO Medical Center of South Arkansas, will give a presentation that will include updates on MSCA’s multi-million dollar renovation, the Arkansas Heart Hospital alliance and other updates about our regional hospital and services. Street has a Master of Healthcare Administration from University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Ouachita Baptist University, (OBU) Arkadelphia.
