A celebration of James Thomas “Jim” Welch, 77, will be held at 10 a.m. today at Blanchard Springs Baptist Church in Junction City. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the memorial service from 9 until 10 a.m.
The family request donations in his honor to the Blanchard Springs Baptist Church Building Fund.
