Model Aviators to host annual Indoor RC Swapmeet
Model Aviators of South Arkansas 18th Annual Indoor RC Swapmeet will be held starting at 9 a.m. Saturday at 1000 N. Mosby St. across from Arlington Cemetery in El Dorado.
All types of RC airplanes, cars, boats and helicopters are for sale and raffle prizes. Admission is $5. Women and children get in free. Contact Mike Makepeace for more information at 870-866-5722.
El Dorado native, novelist to host book signing Saturday
The Spot will be hosting a book signing for El Dorado native and mystery/romance novelist Niki Benton Smith, author of “Nightingale” and “The Last Dance” from 1 until 3 p.m. Saturday. Both novels will be available for purchase.
