Leona Reynolds passed on Feb. 15, 2018 at Oak Ridge Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 23, 1931 to Clayborn Sockwell and Mary Lizzie Thorns Williams in Rosston.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 11 siblings, two granddaughters, and two grandsons.
Survivors are four sons: Johnny (Lillian) Thompson of El Dorado, Robert (Jackie) Hampton of Smackover, Timothy Threadgill of Prescott, and Willie Polk of Grady; three daughters, Maolla Mitchell, Annette Wilson and Shelia Beard of El Dorado; four brothers, Charles (Linda) Williams and Eugene Williams of California, Clayborn (Phylis) Sockwell, Enree Sockwell of Rockford, Illinois; five sisters, Eva Mae Haynie of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Ollie B, (Doug) Hubbard, Stella (James) Marshell, Dorthy Jean Duckett of Rockford, Illinois, Cora Tidwell, Lorene Hopson of Prescott, and Jeredine Michael of Long Beach, California; nine grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and twenty-six great-great grandchildren.
Public visitation Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 from noon until 4:30 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev.
