Two area Century 21 agents were recognized with the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award.
According to a news release, Bruce Woolsey and Marquita Bailey were recognized with the award, which is based on results from a company survey that is emailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home. To win the award, agents must receive completed surveys for at least 80 percent of transactions throughout the year, with an average survey score of at least 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.
