Dr. Donald Harper Barrow, Sr. passed away on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 at the age of 83.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors with Father Charles Chapman officiating.
The families ask that memorials be sent to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church of El Dorado.
