Funeral for Frank “Junior” Vines, 77, of El Dorado will be held at 2 p.m. today in Young’s Chapel with Bro. Conner Garlington and Bro. Ricky Donahue officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Craig Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
