Mrs. Bobbie Sue Washam White, 84, of Junction City, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017, in Crossett, AR.

Mrs. White was born on July 11, 1933 in Spearsville, Louisiana, to the union of Robert Summers and Eula Linder Summers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Dewayne Washam; five brothers; and two sisters.

She was a lifelong member of the Bethel Baptist Church, where she had been very active through the years. Mrs. White was a retired bus driver having worked for the Junction City School System.

Survivors include her husband, Wiley Cecil White of Crossett; two sons, David Washam of Junction City and Tim Washam of Farmerville, Louisiana; four step-daughters, Melanie Collins and husband, Tim, and Alisa White, both of Crossett, Ashley White of Dallas, Texas, and Lesley Bayer and her husband, Todd, of Cincinnati, Ohio; one step-son, Barry White of Junction City; four grandchildren, April Roschel, Leslie Younse, Gabe Washam, and Brandon Washam; seven great- grandchildren, Tyler McCauley, PVT. Austin McCalman, Parker Younse, Amaye Roschel, Lily Washam, Gilly Washam, and Elly Washam; eight step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 at Bailey Funeral Home, Junction City.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Lillie, Louisiana with the Rev. Phillip Farris officiating. Interment will be in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Junction City, AR.
