Parkers Chapel Homecoming

Great turnout: A large crowd lined both sides of Arkansas 15 on Friday afternoon to watch the annual Parkers Chapel Homecoming parade. The float was built by members of the junior class. Dedicated trumpeter: Even riding in a wheelchair, a Parkers Chapel trumpet player (left) and her friend didn’t want to miss the annual Parkers Chapel Homecoming parade. Despite cool and windy weather Friday afternoon, a large crowd gathered to watch the parade, which featured members of the Homecoming court, the band and other groups. Below, Caged dinosaurs were part of a float in the Parkers Chapel annual Homecoming parade. The parade featured members of the Homecoming court, floats by various high school classes, football players and cheerleaders.
