The 13th Judicial District Court Appointed Special Advocates and KIX103 will host its 15th annual Make A Smile Happen Toy Drive from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. tomorrow at Walmart Super Center on North West Avenue. The toy drive will continue Saturday.
