Al Vernon, 82, of El Dorado, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, in St. Paul United Methodist Church with Dr. Bubba Smith and the Rev. John Darnell officiating under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at Young’s Funeral Directors.
