El Dorado downed in season opener on road

PINE BLUFF - Brenden Johnson had 21 points, but it wasn't enough, as Pine Bluff knocked off El Dorado 94-64 Tuesday night in the Wildcats' season opener.

Joderrio Ramey and Kyle Jordan were also in double figures with 17 points and 12 points respectively.

The Wildcats led 17-15 after the opening period before the Zebras raced out to a 49-31 lead at intermission.

Viraj Vora and Stephfan Tabe had 21 points apiece, as West Side Christian downed Garrett Memorial in their AACS South opener.

Zachary Scriber had 10 points for the Warriors (2-2, 1-0).
