Art Under Glass: Barton Library is featuring Lucy Gibney’s Art Under Glass display through Wednesday. Laura Cleveland, right, admires Gibney’s, left, artwork. The art features drawings from different countries and Gibney’s goal is to inspire art for kids. This is the first Art Under Glass display to be in Arkansas.
