KAY McKINNON
Kay Yossett Mc Kinnon, 68, of El Dorado, died on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, at Lifetouch John R Williamson Hospice House.
Born on May 1, 1948, in Monroe, Louisiana, she was the daughter of Charlie Godfrey “Jack” Yossett and Ola Franklin Godfrey Yossett. Kay enjoyed fishing and hunting and later in life reading along with watching HGTV. Kay was a member of Northwest Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Martin Yossett and Curtis Yossett and her daughter, Penny Jane McDowell.
Survivors are her daughters, Kandy L. Smith and Nina Hawkins, both of El Dorado; a sister, Jackie Weaver of Forney, Texas along with six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Kay’s life will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Northwest Baptist Church with the Rev. Wesley Miller officiating. Cremation services were provided by Young’s Funeral Directors.
