WILLIAM A. HOLT
William Albert “Bill” Holt, 61, of Lawson, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017 after a lengthy illness.
He was born Dec. 17, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Albert Ginn and Pheobie Inez Armer Holt. He worked as a truck driver for ConAgra and Pilgrim’s Pride and later was an Arkansas State Highway Department employee. He was a Christian. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, taking care of his weenie dogs and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother, John Franklin Holt.
Survivors include his son, William Holt (Veronica); one brother, David Holt (Joyce); nephew, Alex Holt; niece, Ashley Holt (Taylor Black); and his companion, Lisa Berry.
There will be a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at Perry’s Funeral Chapels. There will be a brief eulogy by Bro. J.D. Weido during visitation.
