Jerry Wayne Thomas age 73 of Monroe, LA, formerly of Junction City, AR passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Delta Grand Nursing Home in Monroe, LA. Jerry was born on April 18, 1944 in Junction City to the late Narvie Taylor Thomas and John D. Thomas.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother, Joel D. Thomas.
Jerry is survived by one nephew, Gary Thomas and wife Jalynn of Fayetteville, AR; great niece, Hadley Thomas of Fayetteville and a special friend, Barbara Elliott.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Beech Grove Methodist Church near Spearsville, LA. Graveside services will follow at 10 a.m. at Beech Grove Cemetery with Bro. Johnny Atkins officiating and under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Junction City.
