Water Utilities Employees
To The Editor:
I want to thank the El Dorado Water Utilities employees for helping during a recent problem with a broken water line. After determining the line was broken from a power company doing construction work, the line was repaired by the power company.
I want to thank Robert and Jessie and the office staff for communicating, working together to determine the problem, and assisting in pinpointing the exact problem. Without Robert and Jessie, I wouldn't have known what to do. Thank you so much for being persistent, and working with the power company to get us back on. You are definitely appreciated.
