BILLY L. EDWARDS JR.
Billy Lemans (Bookey) Edwards Jr., 39, of Oklahoma City, Okla., formerly of El Dorado, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, in Oklahoma City. He was born on Nov. 16, 1976, in El Dorado.
He was the son of Billy Lemans Edwards Sr. and Linda Marie Corley.
He was a graduate of El Dorado High School. He was a Baptist. He was employed by Discount Tobacco.
Survivors are his father, Billy Lemans Edwards Sr. of El Dorado; his mother, Linda Marie Corley of El Dorado; three sons, Cameron Williams of El Dorado, Desin J.Roberts of Indianapolis, Ind., and Jabor McCullough of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Akyra Paige and Teriayah Thomas of El Dorado, and Layla Roberts, of Indianapolis; five brothers Ramondo Edwards Sr., Tyrone Edwards, and Tamario Edwards of El Dorado, and Andre Corley and Chadwick Corley of Conway; one sister, Tina Edwards of El Dorado.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3 in the Municipal Auditorium with the Rev. Anthony Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.
There will be no public viewing at the funeral home. All public viewing will be after the funeral.
