Battisto joins Anthony Forest Products

EL DORADO — Donald “Ston” Battisto has joined Anthony Forest Products as the new environmental, health and safety coordinator at the El Dorado laminating plant, said Derek Ratchford, general manager of the Engineered Wood Products Operations, on Thursday.

“Safety in the workplace is our goal number one for Anthony Forest Products employees, and Ston’s past experience will help advance that culture,”stated Ratchford.

Battisto will report to Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Randy Evans, Urbana and El Dorado.

Before joining Anthony Forest Products, Battisto served in similar capacities with Seventy-Seven Energy and SECORP Industries.

He also served in the Navy on the USS Coral Sea CV-43 for three years.

Battisto is originally from the Little Rock area and has been living in Oklahoma for the past eight years.

He and his wife, Julie, along with their five children, have relocated to Parkers Chapel.
