El DORADO — Local orthodontist Dr. Bryan Hiller announced on Monday that Dr. Shanon T. Kirchhoff has joined the Westrock Orthodontics team.

Dr. Hiller will be transitioning his patients to Dr. Kirchhoff’s care throughout the next several months.

During this transition, all current patients of Dr. Hiller’s will continue to be treated by Dr. Hiller along with Dr. Kirchhoff. As a result, Dr. Hiller’s patients will not see a change in their custom treatment plans.

The addition of Dr. Kirchhoff will allow Westrock to see patients two days a week, giving patients access to more appointment times.

Dr. Kirchhoff was born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He attended Southeast Missouri State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Biology. He then went on to Dental School at University of Missouri in Kansas City, where he also completed his Orthodontic residency.

Dr. Kirchhoff is interested in all aspects of orthodontics, but particularly enjoys working with patients whose bite requires a little extra care.

“I have always wanted to be a dentist. As a sixth grader, I loved looking at the instruments and playing with them,” said Dr. Kirchoff. “Later, I discovered orthodontics. Being able to create spectacular smiles is a truly marvelous gift to have. I am blessed.”

In addition to creating beautiful smiles in the community, Dr. Kirchhoff also looks forward to exploring his newfound home of El Dorado.
