Kiwanis Club member Jimmy Carelock, left, congratulates El Dorado Police Officer Anthony Bernard Ross, who was honored as Officer of the Month. Ross was hired as a police officer on July 28, 2014 and earned his bachelor of general studies from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He has a basic certificate of standards and has received letters of appreciation from the general public and honorable mentions from his superiors.
