Travis E. Burns, 79, died Friday, April 17, 2015, at his home in Heartville, Ill.
He was born June 7, 1935, in El Dorado. He was an employee of Koch Indus-tries and Staley Grain and held various positions in the Elks and Moose Lodges during the 1970’s and 1980’s.
Travis is survived by his wife, Geraldine; three children, Jimmy Wayne, Lewis Rowell and Linda; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Friendship Cemetery with the Rev. Pat Daugherty officiating and under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
