HAMPTON – There was no mercy rule. No early knockout. No easy laugher. Strong made Norphlet work Saturday night for its 2A 7-East District championship. But, in the end, the Lady Leopards proved they could do it the hard way if necessary, gradually pulling away to a 68-46 victory.
