The Arkansas Supreme Court will conduct oral arguments in El Dorado, at the El Dorado Conference Center-Murphy Hall II, at 9 a.m. on Thursday.

The argument will begin at 9 a.m.  and the court will go into informal session for a few minutes right at that time to allow for photographs)....
