Elaine Pierce Moody, 61, of El Dorado, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Medical Center of South Arkansas.

She was born Feb. 16, 1951, in El Dorado, the daughter of John Henry Pierce and Ruth Tatum-Pierce. She was a graduate of El Dorado High School and a member of Zion Watch Baptist Church. She was a housewife.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Moody of El Dorado; two sons, Cedric Moody and Kevin Moody, both of El Dorado; several brothers and sisters; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion Watch Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Ray Dredd officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery in El Dorado under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.

There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home.

All public viewing will be held at the church after the service.

The family will meet friends after the service in the Fellowship Hall of Zion Watch Baptist Church.
