CHARLES E. McELFRESH
Charles Edward McElfresh, 67, of Louann, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012. He was born on June 24, 1945 in Prescott to Thomas and Margaret McElfresh. He was a faithful member of Camden Bible Baptist Church in Camden and was a great father, brother, grandfather and uncle to his family. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He is forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, James T. McElfresh; and his sister, Ellen Marie Phillips.
He is survived by his son, Charles L. D. (Lyn) McElfresh and, wife, Tonya; his daughter, Anita McElfresh all of Camden; two sisters, Wilma Lucas of Ferriday, La. and Maxine Wilson and, husband, Ronnie of Louann; and five grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. today at Camden Bible Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Prescott.
