Kathy Rochelle Williams, 44, of Irving, Texas, and formerly of El Dorado, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012. in Irving.

She was born Aug. 17, 1967, in El Dorado, the daughter of Carl R. Williams and Georgia Thompson Williams. She was a 1985 graduate of El Dorado High School. She attended SAU El Dorado, where she was a cheerleader. Later she attended SAU in Magnolia, where she majored in accounting and was a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. She was a member of First Baptist Church/Main, where she worked in the Youth Ministry. She was formerly employed by First Baptist as a receptionist and administrative assistant. She was preceded in death by her mother.

Survivors include her father; two sons, Terry V. Williams of Los Angeles, and Carl Williams Jr. of Antioch, Calif.; three sisters, Cecilia Williams of Los Angeles, Camelia Crockett of Bogue Chitto, Miss., and Carla Williams of Irving.

Public viewing will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. today and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Andrews Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, 200 W. Main St., with Dr. Lynn Worthen Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Lott Burgy Cemetery.

The family will be at 606 Miller Drive to meet friends after the service.
