Bob Watson, superintendent of E Dorado Schools, speaks about the new El Dorado High School and the state’s Federal No Child Left Behind waiver during the El Dorado Civitan Club noon meeting in the school’s ‘Commons Area’ on Thursday.

Arkansas is one of 24 states that has received a waiver from the Federal No Child Left Behind Act that requires all school children to score proficient or advanced on math and literacy tests by the year 2014.
