Emergency crews work to remove a driver that was involved in a one vehicle accident on Hwy 7 near the Hwy 167 Exit around 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the Medical Center of South Arkansas for further treatment and later air lifted to UAMS in Little Rock.
