Jack Allen Priddy, 62, of Smackover, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

He is survived by two daughters, Misty Melchor of Franklin, Texas, and Jennifer Priddy of Trinity, Texas; a brother, Irvin Priddy and his wife, Dana, of Lone Jack, Mo.; and a sister, Betty Gordon and her husband, Preston, of Kentwood, La.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Priddy Sr. and Jeffie Gwaltney Priddy; and a brother, Doyle Priddy Jr.

Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
