Betty J. Miller, 83, of Chidester, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

Mrs. Miller was born Sept. 22, 1928 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Walter and Kate Rhodes. She often attended the Chidester Senior Citizens Center.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James H. Stone and James W.  “Bud” Miller.

Survivors include her sons, James S. Stone of Camden, and Lee Stone and wife, Barbara of Camden; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral for Mrs. Miller will be 10 a.m. Monday, May 7, at Proctor Chapel. Burial will be in Missouri Cemetery at Chidester. Proctor Funeral Home of Camden is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 1 until 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
