November 20, 2007 A Petition for Probate of Estate and Appointment of Personal Representative dated on the 7th day of January, 2008 was admitted to probate wherein, the undersigned was appointed the Administratrix of the Estate of Robert James Bursey, Deceased, there-under. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit the Estate. Provided that claims for injury or death caused by negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication of the notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
