NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of El Dorado, Arkansas will accept sealed bids for the removal and installation of curb, asphalt and culvert on East 9th Street. Interested Bidders may obtain specifications from the office of the Director of Public Works Robert Edmonds, City Hall Bldg., 204 North West Avenue, El Dorado, Arkansas, 71730. All bids for the above must be in a sealed envelope marked BID and in the office of the Director of Public Works by 4:30 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2008. All bids must include all applicable taxes. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
