NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Union County Circuit Court, 6th Division, NO. CV-2008-0147-6, therein pending between BancorpSouth Bank, Plaintiff, and Eddie Yarbrough, Jr., Carolyn Yarbrough, Timothy J. Leathers, Commissioner of Revenues for the State of Arkansas, and Multistate Holdings, Inc., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will publicly offer for sale to the highest bidder, at the East door of the Union County Courthouse in El Dorado Arkansas, on the 27th day of May, 2008, at 10:00 oclock in the morning, the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot One (1), of Block One (1), South Washington Park Subdivision to the City of El Dorado, Union County, Arkansas, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 102.
AND
The South 8.5 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 3, South Side Addition to the City of El Dorado, Union County,
Arkansas.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three (3) months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the decree of said Court in said cause, with approved surety bearing interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
